With a flat-rate option & quick turn around, I aim to be affordable and efficient for both owners, and Agents alike.
My goal is to have photos shot, edited and delivered within 24 hours by digital download. You can pick and choose which ones are best suited to use in your listings, or you may choose to use them all.
Photos will be available in both full-size high resolution and websize, without watermarks.

Rates, Travel Fees & Images
I offer a flat-rate options of $125, which includes all homes within city limits of Minot.
Homes outside city limits, but within a 15 mile radius of my own home are $ 150., for homes 16+ miles add an additional .55 cent per mile, round trip travel fee, with a cap of 60 miles one-way. Feel free to contact me with the address you're wanting photographed to discuss travel fees.
Depending on the property size, show-ability, cleanliness and layout, I require up to 2 hours of full property access to shoot. I attempt to capture the room from different angles, the front and back yards and anything that makes the house unique. I edit and upload a full gallery for you to download and choose the images you want to put up on your listings.
Do Photos of My House Really Matter That Much?
When potential buyers are searching the web for their new home, you want yours to stand out. Blurry, out of focus, poorly-lit, flip-phone quality photos simply won't do. If a potential buyer's first impression of a home listing is "What is that?" chances are they won't be calling for a walk-through and won't mark their calendar for the next open house.
Your home listing photos need to entice your buyer. Make them want to come see it, experience it, put their offer in on it.
If I choose to remove or transfer my listing, what happens to the photos?
You may use and reuse the photos as needed on your own listings. However, I maintain the copyright. Therefore, you may not sell, trade or transfer photos to other agents, buyers, or businesses. If you are listing your home as a FSBO, and decide to list with an agent, contact me to discuss a transfer fee.
